Three Great Recipes For A Healthy Summer

When the weather starts to pick up the last thing you want to do is slave over a hot meal in the evenings, it would be so much easier to grab a takeaway on the way home from work but here are three dishes that anyone can cook quickly and easily and they’re completely healthy too and there isn’t a salad in sight!

Pad Thai Noodles

This is one I’ve adapted from a few recipes I’ve found online over the years. This dish takes less than 15 minutes to prepare and cook and because you’re making everything from scratch you know everything that’s gone into it and it’s really healthy to boot. The longer you stay inside a grocery, the more likely you are to buy something impulsively, jeopardizing the money inside your pocket.  So what should you do to avoid making this mistake?
