Family Dining and Meal Preparation

Dining usually is thought of as a family activity but too often it is one parent or the other who is responsible for planning the menu, buying the food and preparing it for the whole family to enjoy. The whole experience can be shared; this accomplishes several different things. It brings the family members together to work on the task.
