A quick ruffle through the pages of The Essential EatingWell Cookbook will make your mouth water and give you the urge to cook. The hardest thing about reading the book is deciding which recipe to prepare first. We started with the Mustard-Crusted Salmon (page 252) and quickly moved to the Pizza with White Bean, Prosciutto & Rosemary (page 153).
