Make Your Pork the Best it Can Be
It's Fall...and is starting to cool down. So nice to have a roast in the oven for the warmth and the smell! I prefer a pork roast/tenderloin and my tips are: cut an X in the boneless roast and insert kielbasa or smoked sausage right thru the middle.... this will give it a great flavor and keep it moist. Also...apples just GO with pork... so I brown the roast and then place in dutch oven....add 2 cups of applejuice. This makes for a sweeter meat and the gravy is fantastic.
