Southwest Guacamole Recipe

Another sauce for your chips. We like to include this on the table with a more traditional salsa as a nice compliment.

Ingredients

  • 5 Avocados; ripe, peel & pit
  • 1 c Tomato; chopped, 1 medium
  • 1/2 ts Salt
  • 4 ea Cloves garlic;finely chopped
  • 1/4 c Lime juice

Directions

  1. Mash avocados in a medium bowl until slightly lumpy
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients
  3. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour
  4. Makes 3 cups of dip.
