Southwest Smoothie Recipe

Great drink to get you going in the morning.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c Banana, sliced
  • 2 c Milk
  • 1/2 c Mango, papaya, or guava, chopped
  • 1 tb Honey

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in food processor workbowl fitted with steel blade or in blender container; cover and process on high speed until smooth
  2. Strain if using mango.
