Ingredients
- 1/2 c Banana, sliced
- 2 c Milk
- 1/2 c Mango, papaya, or guava, chopped
- 1 tb Honey
Directions
- Place all ingredients in food processor workbowl fitted with steel blade or in blender container; cover and process on high speed until smooth
- Strain if using mango.
