Tomato Salsa Recipe

A pretty simple salsa recipe, with a nice taste

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 c Diced ripe tomatoes
  • 4 oz Can mild green chiles, drain
  • 1 tb Chopped cilantro or parsley
  • 1 ts Ground cumin
  • 2 ea Scallions, chopped
  • 1 ea Or 2 jalapeno peppers, chop
  • 1/2 ea Juice of lemon
  • 1/2 ts Salt

Directions

  1. Combine the ingredients in the container of a food processor
  2. Pulse on and off until the mixture is a coarse puree
  3. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
