Olive Tapenade Recipe

A great tasting dip for your next cocktail party. The perfect dip for scallions, french bread or seafoods.

Ingredients

  • 2 ea Anchovy Fillets
  • 4 ts Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 c Fresh Parsley chopped
  • 1/2 ts Salt
  • 3 tb Fresh Basil chopped
  • 1 c Black Olives chopped
  • 1/2 c Mayonnaise
  • 4 ts Dried Parsley crushed
  • 1 tb Garlic; Minced
  • 1 tb Dried Basil crushed

Directions

  1. Chop and mash the anchovies on a cutting board
  2. Put them into a bowl and mix with the olives and worcestershire sauce
  3. Blend in the mayonnaise and add all the rest of the ingredients, blending well
  4. Cover and chill
  5. Makes about 2 cups of dip
