Longhorn Quick Chili Dip Recipe

Quick cheese dips that is perfect for tortilla chips, celery, cucumber, or bread sticks.

Ingredients

  • 1 c Cottage Cheese
  • 1 1/2 ts Cumin; Ground
  • 1 tb Hot Sauce
  • 15 oz Chili With Beans; 1 can
  • 3/4 c Cheddar; Sharp, Shredded
  • 1 tb Lemon Juice

Directions

  1. Cream the cottage cheese in a blender or food processor or with an electric mixer
  2. Blend the chili in, mixing well
  3. Add the hot sauce, lemon juice and cumin
  4. Pour into a bowl and blend in the cheddar cheese, reserving a little for a garnish
  5. Cover and chill
  6. Makes about 3 3/4 cups of dip
