Fresh Red Salsa Recipe
This salsa recipe is best with freshly picked jalapeno peppers. Perfect dip for corn chips, potato skins, vegetable wedges.

Ingredients
- 2 C Fresh Tomatoes; Diced
- 1 1/2 t Garlic, Minced
- 1/4 t Oregano, Dried
- 1 T Jalapeno Pepper, Coarsely Chopped
- 1/4 C Onion, Coarsely Chopped
- 1/8 t Salt
- 3/4 t Lime Juice
- 1 T Fresh Cilantro, Chopped
Directions
- Combing the tomatoes and onion, taking care to blend well
- Add remaining ingredients and stir thoroughly
- Refrigerate for about 1 hour before serving
- May be served at room temperature or chilled
