Beef Boulette Burgers Recipe

Another hamburger recipe. I think the sour cream really gives this a nice taste

Ingredients

  • 2 lb Ground Beef
  • 1/2 c Bread Crumbs; Dry
  • 2 tb Onion; Finely Chopped
  • 1 1/2 ts Salt
  • 1 c Dairy Sour Cream
  • 4 oz can Mushrooms, stems and pieces, drained
  • 2 tb Parsley; Snipped
  • 1/4 ts Pepper

Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together
  2. Shape the mixture into 8 patties, each about 3/4-inch thick
  3. Broil or grill the patties 4-inches from the heat, turning once, until the desired doneness is reached, about 10 to 15 minutes.
