Basic Meatballs Recipe
This meatball recipe is as simple as it gets. We like to make up a double batch and freeze them so that we always have meatballs around for pasta dishes. The kids love them

Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1/4 c Onion; Chopped, 1 Sm.
- 1/4 c Milk
- 1/8 ts Pepper
- 1 ea Egg; Large
- 1/3 c Bread Crumbs; Dry
- 3/4 ts Salt
- 1 ts Worcestershire Sauce
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients together
- Shape mixture by Tablespoonfuls into 1 1/2-inch balls
- Place the meatballs in a lightly greased baking pan 13x9x2 or 15 1/2x9 1/2x1.
- Bake uncovered at 400F until light brown, about 20 minutes
- Drain off the excess fat.
