Baby Shrimp and Tarragon Mustard Dip Recipe

Excellent dip for your next afternoon tea! This dip can be served right away, but is so much better if chilled overnight.

Ingredients

  • 2 ts Dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 ts White wine vinegar
  • 2 ts Dried tarragon; crushed
  • 3/4 c Baby shrimp
  • 1 ts Lemon juice
  • 2 ts Fresh tarragon; chopped
  • 1 c Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c Sour cream

Directions

  1. Mix the mustard, lemon juice, vinegar, and tarragon
  2. Blend in the mayonnaise
  3. Add the shrimp, then the sour cream
  4. Blend well, cover and chill
