Fettuccine Alfredo Recipe
Fresh fettuccine alfredo with heavy cream is divine. This is a very simple pasta recipe

Ingredients
- 4 tb Butter
- 1/2 c Heavy cream
- 6 tb Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 oz Fettuccine
Directions
- Melt butter in a small saucepan over a low heat
- Add cream and grated parmesan
- Heat the sauce thoroughly and melt the cheese, being careful not to boil
- Stir salt and pepper as desired
- Cook the fettuccine per instructions on box in plenty of boiling salted water, drain well
- Combine the noodles and the sauce and leave to stand covered for two minutes before serving.
