Fried Shrimp Balls Recipe

You will love the taste of these shrimp balls. Since you get to make these at home, you will see that there is really no filler in them. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Fresh shrimp
  • 1/2 c Bamboo shoots chopped fine
  • 1 ts Salt
  • 2 ts Corn starch
  • Deep frying oil
  • 4 Water chestnuts chopped fine
  • 1/4 ts Fresh chopped ginger
  • 1 tb White wine
  • 1 Egg white

Directions

  1. Prepare shrimp by cleaning thoroughly and removing shell, legs and devein
  2. Mince the shrimp
  3. Combine all of the ingredients except oil Use a teaspoon of the mixture and shape into balls
  4. Heat oil in a deep pot or skillet and deep fry shrimp balls until Golden Brown
  5. Remove from oil and place onto paper towells to drain excess oil
  6. Serve Hot
