Spoonbread Recipe
It does not get any easier to make spoonbread than this. The sour cream really makes this recipe

Ingredients
- 1 small can creamed corn (8 oz)
- 1 small can whole kernel corn (8 oz)
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 egg
- 1 stick margarine (softened)
- 1 small package corn bread mix
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in bowl with spoon by hand
- Bake in lightly greased glass pan for 30-35 minutes at 350F
