Spoonbread Recipe

It does not get any easier to make spoonbread than this. The sour cream really makes this recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 small can creamed corn (8 oz)
  • 1 small can whole kernel corn (8 oz)
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1 stick margarine (softened)
  • 1 small package corn bread mix

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in bowl with spoon by hand
  2. Bake in lightly greased glass pan for 30-35 minutes at 350F
