Blueberry Cake Cups For Two Recipe

This user submitted recipe is a great way to use fresh picked blueberries

Ingredients

  • l/4 cup flour
  • l/4 cup sugar
  • l/2 tsp baking powder
  • Dash salt
  • l/4 cup milk
  • l T margarine melted
  • l cup blueberries

Directions

  1. In small bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
  2. Stir in milk and melted margarine until just moistened.
  3. Place a quarter cup of blueberries into each greased custard cup (2).
  4. Top with batter, then top each cup with the remaining quarter cup of blueberries.
  5. Bake at 375F for 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm. Delicious for breakfast, or anytime.
