Pecan Pie Recipe

A wonderful tasting pecan pie recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 C sugar
  • 1 C corn syrup (light or dark)
  • 2 T margarine, melted
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1 1/4 C pecans
  • 1 frozen deep dish pie pan, 9 inches

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Beat eggs lightly in a medium bowl. Add sugar, corn syrup, margarine, and vanilla. Stir until blended, then stir in pecans.
  3. Pour mixture into pie crust
  4. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
  5. Cool on wire rack
