Pecan Pie Recipe
A wonderful tasting pecan pie recipe

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 C sugar
- 1 C corn syrup (light or dark)
- 2 T margarine, melted
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 1/4 C pecans
- 1 frozen deep dish pie pan, 9 inches
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Beat eggs lightly in a medium bowl. Add sugar, corn syrup, margarine, and vanilla. Stir until blended, then stir in pecans.
- Pour mixture into pie crust
- Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
- Cool on wire rack
