Cranberry Orange Relish Recipe

My absolute favorite cranberry relish recipe. It tastes better if it gets a a chance to sit in the refigerator for a couple days

Ingredients

  • 1 12 oz bag of cranberries
  • 1 unpeeled orange (seedless is better)
  • 1 C sugar

Directions

  1. Chop cranberries in half. I prefer to chop them in a hand chopper.
  2. Cut orange into 8 slices
  3. In a blender combine 1/2 cranberries and 1/2 orange slices and blend until oranges peels are blend into small bits
  4. Set aside in bowl and repeat with remaining cranberries and oranges
  5. Stir sugar in until well mixed and chill
  6. Tastes best if chilled for a couple days.
