Quick Brunswick Stew Recipe
A hearty and healthy stew that's perfect for warming up on cold nights. Serve with crackers or crusty bread. Yummy!

Ingredients
- 1 10 oz. can chicken, drained and cut up
- 1 14.5 oz. can stewed tomatoes, undrained and cut up
- 1 10 oz. can condensed tomato soup
- 1 14.5 oz. can whole kernel corn, undrained
- 1 small can lima beans, drained
- 1 14.5 oz. diced potatoes, drained
- 1 small to medium onion, sliced in wedges
- 3 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 2 Tbsp. hot sauce
- 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. barbeque sauce
- 1/2 cup water or chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in large saucepan and add onions.
- Sautee onions until tender, but not browned.
- Add remaining ingredients, except for chicken, cover and simmer 10 minutes.
- Add chicken, cover and simmer an additional 10 minutes.
- Makes 6-8 servings.
