Tomato Rosemary Sauce Recipe
Easy to make tomato sauce goes perfect over chick or fish

Ingredients
- 1/2 C white wine
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1/2 C diced tomatoes
- 1/2 t sugar
- 1 t fresh rosemary
- 1/2 C heavy cream
- 1 T sliced green onions
Directions
- Heat a medium sized skillet over medium heat
- Add white wine and bring to a boil, simmer until reduced (5 minutes or so)
- Add broth, diced tomatoes, sugar, and rosemary; bring to a boil and simmer 10 minutes.
- Add in heavy cream and bring to a boil.
- Simmer until reduced to your desired thickness (5 to 10 minutes)
- Serve over your favorite entree
