Sausage and Tomato Rigatoni Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 cups rigatoni uncooked
  • 1 lb Italian Sausage cut in chunks
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • l/3 cup tomato paste
  • l/3 cup sun dried tomato vinaigrette dressing
  • l/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • l/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • cook pasta as directed on package

Directions

  1. Brown sausage in large nonstick skillet, drain.
  2. Stir in onion and tomato paste, cover and cook 15 minutes or until onions are tender and sausage is cooked through, stirring occasionally
  3. Toss sausage mixture with pasta, sprinkle with parsley and cheese. Makes 4 servings abut 2 cups each.
