Sausage and Tomato Rigatoni Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 cups rigatoni uncooked
- 1 lb Italian Sausage cut in chunks
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- l/3 cup tomato paste
- l/3 cup sun dried tomato vinaigrette dressing
- l/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- l/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
- cook pasta as directed on package
Directions
- Brown sausage in large nonstick skillet, drain.
- Stir in onion and tomato paste, cover and cook 15 minutes or until onions are tender and sausage is cooked through, stirring occasionally
- Toss sausage mixture with pasta, sprinkle with parsley and cheese. Makes 4 servings abut 2 cups each.
