Pineapple Upsidedown Biscuits Recipe

Delicious breakfast piping hot out of the oven. Perfect for two people. Beats sticky buns hands down.

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple, well drained.
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons oleo
  • 3 maraschino cherries, cut in half
  • 1 can (6 biscuits)

Directions

  1. Mix pineapple, oleo and brown sugar.
  2. Put 1/2 of a cherry in bottom of muffin cups. Top with about 1/2 of pineapple mixture. Top with canned biscuit. Spoon on 1 tsp more pineapple mixture and bake 400 degrees 12 to 15 minutes.
