Vegetable Casserole Recipe

Easy, delicious enough for any meal or holiday meal

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cauliflowerettes
  • 3 cup broccoli flowerettes
  • 3 T onion chopped fine
  • 3 cups sliced carrots
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 T horseradish
  • l/8 tsp paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • l/3 cup bread crumbs

Directions

  1. Zap veggies one kind at a time in microwave crisp tender
  2. Mix vegetables in large bowl
  3. Mix horseradish, mayonnaise and onion together. Mix with vegetables until evenly coated. Put in greased casserole dish, top with crumbs and bake 350 degrees about 30 minutes
