Ingredients

• 1 cup water
• 1 cup kethcup
• sugar to taste

Directions

1. Pound the ginger root to flatten. Boil in 1 cup water for 10 minutes add the ketchup and sugar to taste. The more you add the sweeter it will be. Simmer for about 10 minutes. If you want it thicker you can add a little corn starch and water.
