Fried Rice Recipe
A basic fried rice that is good alone or with any cooked meat added at the end.

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 4 slices bacon diced
- 1/2 c diced mushrooms
- 3 green onion diced
- 1 small onion diced
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed vegetables thawed
- 2 eggs scrambled
- White pepper (to taste)
- Soy sauce (to taste)
- add ins:
- Diced cooked chicken
- Cooked baby shrimp
- Diced cooked pork
Directions
- Saute bacon in wok until cooked but not too crispy.
- Add onion and mushrooms. Cook until tender (if your bacon did not have enough fat you may need to add a little oil at this point) Fold in rice and cook tossing for a few minutes.
- Add soy sauce to taste and toss again. Add white pepper, green onion, mixed vegetables and eggs. Toss. This is good like it is or you can add cooked chicken, shrimp or pork at this point.
