Ingredients

  • 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups sour cream, divided
  • 1 package (1.25 ounces) taco seasoning mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies, drained
  • 2/3 cup salsa

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees fer. Place cream cheese and cheddar cheese in large bowl of electric mixer; beat at medium speed until fluffy. Blend in 1 cup of the sour cream and taco seasoning. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in chilies. Pour mixture into 10 inch springform pan fitted with flat bottom. Bake 35-40 minutes or until set in center. Remove from oven; cool 10 minutes. Top with remaining 1 cub sour cream. Bake 5 minutes longer. Loosen cake from rim of pan. Cool completely on wire rack.
