Pomelo Salad Recipe
This is a nice way to use one of the best fruits of Davao.

Ingredients
- 1 whole ripe pomelo, shredded
- 1 lettuce
- 1 carrot, sliced into strips
- 1 cucumber, sliced into strips
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- sugar (to taste)
- salt
- pepper
Directions
- Put the sugar, salt and pepper into the vinegar.
- Mix well.
- Put the pomelo, lettuce, carrot and cucumber into a salad bowl and toss it in the vinegar.
