Rocky road mallows Recipe

A great kids school present during the Christmas season. Simple to make, wonderfully tasteful!

Ingredients

• 1 small pack of mini marshmallows
• 25 grams walnuts
• 1 bar of chocolate (to taste)
• candy sprinkles

Directions

1. Slice the walnuts into small pieces, and mix with the mini marshmallows.
2. Melt ample amount of chocolate in the microwave. Set the time to 10 seconds only to avoid burning the chocolate.
3. Stir the melted chocolate to test the texture.
4. If the melted chocolate is smooth enough, pour some of it to the marshmallows and nuts. Make sure that you pour enough amounts to cover the marshmallows and nuts.
5. Form small balls using teaspoons.
6. Put a pinch of sprinkles on top.
7. Put it into plastic containers and refrigerate for about 5 minutes or until the chocolate hardens.
