Corn ala creme soup Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 4 to 5 cups of chicken stock
- Half to a dozen of shelled hard-boiled eggs
- 1/4 cup of fresh milk
- 1/4 cup of cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 to 1/4 tsp of pepper (optional)
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1 egg
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients except hard boiled egg pieces) in a medium pot, and cook over medium heat. Stir continuously to avoid lumps. Bring to a boil
- Slowly add hard boiled egg pieces, stirring until combined well and slightly boiling again.
- Serve hot, makes 5 to 7 servings.
