Spice grilled chicken Recipe

Serve this Indian dish with Sweet Corn Pakora and Rose Punch.

Ingredients

  • 2 KG Chiken pieces
  • Two cloves garlic - crushed
  • 1/2 tea spoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 tea spoon chilli powder
  • 1 tea spoon curry powder
  • 1/2 tea spoon ground turmeric
  • 30 gms Ghee - melted

Directions

  1. Prick chicken pieces all over with a fork. Combine garlic, ginger, chilli, curry powder and turmeric. Rub well into the chicken pieces, marinate for atleast two hours. Brush chicken all over with ghee. Cook on preheated grill on medium heat for 20 minutes or until chicken is tender, turn chicken occasionally. Serves 4 to 6 peple if needed.
