Dosa Recipe
A most basic dosa recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup of rice flour.
- 1 1/2 cups plain flour.
- chile powder(optional)
- two table spoons plain yogurt
- One table spoon ghee - melted
Directions
- Mix the rice flour with the plain flour. Add chile, yogurt, ghee and enough water to make a thick batter. Cover and stand atleast 8 hrs or over night, at room temperature.
- Spread heaped table spoons of mixture thinly into a greased frying pan, cook over medium heat until lightly browned, remove. Repeat with reamining mixture.
