Potato Stuffing for Dosa Recipe

Ingredients
- 30 gms ghee
- 1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 medium onion finely chopped
- 250 gms potatoes, boiled , cooled , peeled and diced
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/4 teasspoon chilli powder
- Dosas
Directions
- Heat the ghee and fry the mustard seeds for one minute. Add the onions and saute until tender. Add potatoes, turmeric and chilli, saute for 2 mins or until dry. Put a spoon full of this mixture in each dosa, roll up like a pancake an serve.
