Potato Stuffing for Dosa Recipe

This is an easy Indian dish to serve with breakfast or for a snack.

Ingredients

  • 30 gms ghee
  • 1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1 medium onion finely chopped
  • 250 gms potatoes, boiled , cooled , peeled and diced
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/4 teasspoon chilli powder
  • Dosas

Directions

  1. Heat the ghee and fry the mustard seeds for one minute. Add the onions and saute until tender. Add potatoes, turmeric and chilli, saute for 2 mins or until dry. Put a spoon full of this mixture in each dosa, roll up like a pancake an serve.
