Coconut bread Recipe

This bread is delicious! The coconut keeps the bread moist without getting too heavy.

Ingredients

  • 2 table spoons desiccated coconut
  • 3 table spoons plain flour
  • Pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tea spoon sugar
  • 60 gms Ghee

Directions

  1. Combine coconut, flour, cayenne pepper and sugar togther. Add enough cold water to mix to a soft dough. Roll out into small flat cakes. Fry a few at a time in the melted Ghee until cooked and light brown, drain. This may serve up to 4 people.
