Coconut bread Recipe
This bread is delicious! The coconut keeps the bread moist without getting too heavy.

Ingredients
- 2 table spoons desiccated coconut
- 3 table spoons plain flour
- Pinch cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tea spoon sugar
- 60 gms Ghee
Directions
- Combine coconut, flour, cayenne pepper and sugar togther. Add enough cold water to mix to a soft dough. Roll out into small flat cakes. Fry a few at a time in the melted Ghee until cooked and light brown, drain. This may serve up to 4 people.
