Okra Bhujia Recipe
This is an easy exotic recipe you can make to impress your friends who love Indian food.
Ingredients
- 90 gms Ghee
- 1 onion sliced
- 500 gms okra cut into small pieces
- 1 tea spoon ground turmeric
Directions
- Melt ghee is saucepan, saute onion until tender. Add okra and turmeric saute for 1 min. Cover. cook over very low heat for about 20 min or until okra is tender. Stirring occasionally. It serves about 4 people.
