Sausage Breakfast Pizza Recipe

A great way to add variety to your breakfast. Sausage, eggs, bread... a wonderful breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg pork sausage (cooked, crumbled & drained)
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 cup frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 3 Tbsp. sweet red bell pepper, diced
  • 3 Tbsp. green bell pepper, diced
  • 3 Tbsp. yellow bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. parmesan cheese
  • 5 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Separate crescent rolls into eight triangles. Place in an ungreased 12 inch pizza pan with points toward the center. Press crescent rolls together to form a crust and seal perforations.
  3. Sprinkle cooked sausage evenly over crust.
  4. Top with potatoes, & bell peppers. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  5. In a small bowl combine beaten eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over crust.
  6. Sprinkle with parmesan.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until crust is browned and eggs are set.
