Raspberry Cider Recipe

Very light and easy to make. With fresh raspberries and fresh apple cider, this is great!

Ingredients

  • 1 pint (2 cups) fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 4 cups apple cider
  • Mint sprigs, optional

Directions

  1. In a bowl, crush berries. Add cider and mix well. Strain through a fine sieve or cheesecloth. Chill. Garnish with mint sprigs if desired. Makes about 5 cups.
