Balsamic Tuna Recipe

This is a wonderful tuna meal seasoned with just the right amount of onion, garlic, tomato and vinegar.

Ingredients

  • 4 tuna steaks, cut 3/4 inch thick
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 sweet onion, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 plum tomatoes, diced
  • 2 tbsp. orange marmalade
  • 4 tbsp. balsamic vinegar

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Coat baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Place tuna steaks in dish. Bake 6-8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  2. Meanwhile, heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic and cook 1 minute. Add tomatoes. Stir in marmalade and vinegar. Serve over tuna.
