Honey-Dijon Shark Steaks Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 (1lb.) mako or thresher shark steak, 3/4 to 1 inch thick
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 2 tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
Directions
- Rinse fish and pat dry, cut into 4 serving-size pieces.
- In a shallow bowl combine honey, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Roll the shark pieces in the honey mustard mixture until they are well coated.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet, cook fish over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve immediately.
