Asparagus With Dill Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 (8 oz) container sour cream
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp. minced fresh dill or 1 1/2 tsp. dried dill
- 3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 lb. fresh asparagus spears
Directions
- For dill sauce combine mayonnaise, sour cream, green onions, dill, and lemon juice in a small bowl, cover and chill.
- Snap tough ends from asparagus. Arrange asparagus in a steamer basket over boiling water, cover and steam 4 to 5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Arrange asparagus on a serving plate and serve with dill sauce.
