Vegetable Beef Soup Recipe
Easy to make, pretty good tasting vegetable soup here!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/3 cup dried minced onion
- 1 can (46 oz.) tomato juice
- 1 package (20 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 t. sugar
- 1/2 t. pepper
Directions
- In a Dutch oven or soup kettle, brown beef and onion; drain.
- Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
- Makes 8-10 (2 1/2 quarts) servings.
