Striped Bass Parmesan Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. striped bass fillets
- 1 cup non-fat sour cream
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. green onions, sliced
- 1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- Paprika
- Parsley sprigs
Directions
- Cut fillets into serving-size portions; arrange in a single layer in a non-stick, spray-treated baking dish.
- Combine remaining ingredients except paprika and parsley; spread over fish.
- Sprinkle fish lightly with paprika.
- Bake at 350° F for 10 minutes per inch of thickness or until fish is flaky and no longer translucent in the center.
- Garnish with parsley sprigs.
- Serves 6.
