This quiche recipe is so easy to make, you will find yourself making it on a regular basis. You can easily raise the spicy level but switching to a spicier salsa, or even a spicier sausage. This Mexican quiche is easy and fast to prepare and really scrumptious

Ingredients
- 1/2# Italian sausage cooked and drained
- 6 eggs beaten well
- 6 Tablespoons chunky salsa
- 1/2 cup each mozzarella and cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/4 cup each canned green chili's and jalapeno's (as much as you like)
- Ready made pie crust
Directions
- Mix cooked and drained sausage and cheeses together
- Mix beaten eggs, salsa and peppers
- Place pie crust in pie pan, 9 inch or smaller ones (I like the 5" pans)
- Place sausage mixture evenly in pan, or pans.
- Pour the rest of the ingredients over until nearly full.
- Bake 400 degrees if in small pans, 375 degrees if 9 inch pan until golden brown and center is set.
