Black Pepper Cheese Logs Recipe

Chives, parsley and black pepper add a nice flavor to this cheese dip.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh chives
  • 2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
  • Coarsely ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients. Shape mixture into two 5-inch logs. Roll in coarsely ground black pepper. Cover and chill at least 3 hours.
  2. Serve with assorted crackers.
  3. Makes about 1 cup.
