Crab Mold Recipe

This seafood dip is easy to prepare, just plan ahead to allow time to chill.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces imitation crab meat, finely chopped
  • 3/4 cup green onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 tablespoons cold water
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Knox gelatine
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 ounces cream cheese

Directions

  1. Mix first five ingredients together. Heat soup and cream cheese together until cheese is melted. Remove from heat, let stand 5 minutes. Stir into crab mixture.
  2. Dissolve gelatine in water; stir into mixture. Pour into mold. Chill at least 4 or 5 hours.
