Dip A Veggie Doo Da Dip Recipe

This dip is a great way to get your kids to eat their vegetables!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh vegetables (broccoli, peppers,
  •     mushrooms, cauliflower, baby carrots)
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 envelope dry/powdered salad dressing mix

Directions

  1. Wash, peel and chop vegetables into bite-size pieces.
  2. Stir yogurt, mayonnaise and salad dressing mix together; cover and keep refrigerated.
  3. Serves 4.
