Jalapeno Shrimp Dip Recipe

A hot seafood dip that's sure to please.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds peeled and deveined small shrimp, steamed
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 6 green onions
  • 2 large pickled jalapeno peppers
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon pickled jalapeno pepper liquid
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Directions

  1. Finely chop shrimp, celery, green onions, and jalapeno peppers; place in a large bowl. Add cream cheese and remaining ingredients, stirring well. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes.
  2. Serve with crackers or crostini.
