Yogurt Dip Recipe

Simple and healthy! Serve this yogurt dip with fresh fruit.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup vanilla nonfat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

  1. Mix well in a bowl. Cover and chill.
  2. Serve with cut-up banana, honeydew melon, cantaloupe, strawberries and pineapple.
