Butterscotch Fruit Dip Recipe

Fruit dips add a special touch to the usual appetizer spread.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup butterscotch ice cream topping
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients well until smooth. Chill.
  2. Serve with cut up fruits – pears, apples, peaches, nectarines, bananas, etc.
