Breakfast Milkshake Recipe

Milkshake made for breakfast time

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of chopped pineapples
  • 3/4 cup of plain yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cup frozen unsweetened fruit (berries,peaches,kiwi)
  • 1 tsp. sugar

Directions

  1. Place ingredients in blender and puree at medium speed until thick and smooth
  2. Makes 2 1 1/2 cup servings.
